Our leadership team development programmes are individually designed but many have consistent themes:
For Team Performance
We work with leadership teams under an engagement sponsored by a senior leader. The desired outcome is frequently focussed on improved performance, with an implicit or explicit acknowledgement that something exists within the team that is holding them back from peak performance. There is a recognition that impartiality is needed to unlock the situation.

Inevitably this involves working with individuals and the collective team to develop improved self awareness and awareness of others, including intended and unintended impacts, it is focussed on developing the psychological safety that allows powerful conversations to be had, and the processes and systems to ensure this is codified into the culture of the leadership team.

In so doing we work in collaboration with the leadership sponsor, and take a supporting role. We believe it is imperative that the leadership team find the right path, and our purpose is to support the team through this journey and take ownership of the actions for change that are uncovered. We do not impose our views on the leadership teams but provide the vessel for them to change.
